We build custom web apps, marketing sites, and AI workflow integrations for founders and small teams. Every engagement is project-based with a fixed scope and a flat price.

What's a typical timeline?

Marketing sites usually ship in 1 to 3 weeks. Custom apps and MVPs typically run 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. We agree on the timeline up front and show you working software every week.

What tech stack do you use?

Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind on the front end. Postgres or Supabase for data. Vercel for hosting. Stripe for payments. We pick boring, proven tools so your code stays easy to maintain.

How do we collaborate?

Async-first. Weekly demos and a shared Notion or Linear board so you always know where things stand. We do a kickoff call, then lean on Loom and short syncs as needed. No daily standup theater.

What's the pricing model?

Flat-price, fixed-scope quotes for projects. Retainers for ongoing work. We don't bill hourly, so you know the cost up front.

What happens after launch?

Two weeks of post-launch support are included to fix anything that surfaces. After that, you can take the codebase in-house or put us on a retainer for ongoing work.

Who owns the code?

You do. Full IP transfer on final invoice. We're happy to sign an NDA before kickoff if you'd prefer.

What makes you different?
